Claude 54 (#44330), a smaller edition of our extremely popular Claude 59 free-standing bath (#44331). This 54 in version bathtub has been carefully designed to retain the comfort of the original larger design, while allowing the freedom to install the bathtub in a small foot-print. Unlike the original, this smaller version has been widened to allow for a more spacious bathing well. In fact, because of the ultra thin profile, the bathing well of the Claude 54 has the equivalent floor length to the Monaco 59 (#44459), a bathtub 5 in longer the Claude 54 is also extremely spacious, it features a much wider interior which effectively eliminates the claustrophobic feeling that a narrower tub could create. As with all of Acri-tec's free-standing baths, this bath is manufactured to include a steel framework to ensure adequate support and four leveling legs to help adjust the installation to an uneven floor. Each bath includes a built-in overflow assembly with a chrome finish and a chrome clicker-style drain at no additional charge. As with any free-standing bathtub, we highly recommend the use of an island-tub drain kit (#01087). Not only does it make installation quick and simplify any future maintenance, it also allows you to install the bath at the finishing stage which helps to avoid site damage.
